Why does knowing the Truth free? When we know, we find out.
Intellectualizing Truth is not knowing it. Knowing is a felt experience.
So, really, experiencing Truth frees. If Truth makes it obvious there is
nothing to fear, nothing treatening, nothing wrong, would this not
free me? Is not fear in its many forms what binds me today? Gratefully,
I welcome my natural awareness that there is nothing to be ashamed
of, nothing to feel guilty about, no one to blame. The non-blaming are
truly blame free. Knowing this Truth I relax now. And so it is.
