I call back my soul. I call my soul back from fragmentation,
fear, grief and anger. I call back my soul from trauma, dishonesty,
delusion and shame. I call my soul back to Wholeness, Safety
and Plenty. I call my soul back to Wisdom, Happiness, Innocence
and Love. I instruct my soul to recall my Spiritual Identity, my
Real Nature. Whole and Together I feel the Truth of What I am.
I am well and grateful. And so it is.
