Simplicity, honesty, forthrightness, clarity: I live the Authentic Life.
I am safely seen and safely heard. I safely see and hear now.
My honesty only serves to deepen the love, harmony and safety

as conscious. Yet he sleeps. Infinite Mind never sleeps. This Mind
does not dream. It creates and then experiences the Reality of Itself
through Its Creation. This Mind is my waking mind. This Mind
is my knowing mind. I waken to my rightful knowing now.
I am happy and grateful. And so it is.

all I contact. I feel Beauty ordering my thoughts and directing

No matter how worn around the edges I may feel or seem to be
my essence remains pure and fresh. For I am one with Eternal Mind,
never old or stale but ever new and vital. The more I identify with this
inner One, the more I know this True Nature: the more I heal, the more
I am recreated. Its image and likeness will always be the truth of me.
I allow this Truth to radiate fully and freely now. For peace and
truth and right self-identification I am so grateful. For seeing this
Reality in my world of people, I am so grateful. And so it is.

I am a fresh and new creation in every instant. For nothing in God
is old or stale and in God I live and move and have my being. In
every instant Divine Mind knows me anew. Therefore I am created
anew eternally. I cast off belief in aging. I accept my eternal
youthfulness. With eyes wonder-filled I look with awe on an
entirely new creation in every person I meet. Humbly and
gratefully I ask to truly see. And so it is.

I know my internal stability. I feel my unshakable foundation.

connection are my natural impulse. Gentleness is strength because
Love is Power, the only Power. Coercion and force I tend to resist.
Gentleness moves me naturally and in tune with Life. Softly I approach
my Self and others. In peace I come and peace I bring. Life only
gets better, safer, more harmonious. I am very grateful. And so it is.

this Truth that frees. I am so grateful. And so it is.

Mind. Omniscient, Omnipotent and Omnipresent this Mind is
ever one with Its Creation. Being infinite, this Mind is infinitely
present at every point within Its limitless Beingness. So all Its
Intelligence is right here where I am. This is my constant Guide.
I cannot err. I cannot stray. I cannot be other than what I am:
one with my Source. I am so grateful. And so it is.

I accept the truth of what I am, the clear Mind Light of Perfect Knowing.
I return to my Self, and in stillness...I know.
I am grateful for silence, brilliance.

The Life that I am is unfurling Itself silently, smoothly, unerringly now.
I sink into the feel of this Livingness. I remember there is only this,
no matter the form that Life may take for a season. I relax with
complete trust into this Livingness knowing I am completely
supported. Am I not Its creation? Does It not totally and
maximally love Its creations, enjoying each completely?
I am grateful to be absolutely accepted always. And so it is.

The Universal Love expresses Itself as Creation. This Identity-expression
is an effortless act of joy. Divine Mind plays at creation and played in
my creation. So play is my natural mode of creating also. The Love
within me that I am is forever seeking Its fullest expression by means
of me. Why not take my place in this joy-space? Why not allow the
Love Within to show Its Face now? That Face is mine, And everyone's.
I am grateful for Love as my Identity, nature and being. What a blessing!
And so it is.

There is a Real World in which bodies are seen as instruments and
not as identities. Here the Universal Identity is present in every one,
being Itself in complete safety, joy and innocence. Bodies are instruments
for Love playing Its song unto all the rest of Itself. Despite what I thought
this World is my Real World. The Universal One is my Identity and still
plays out It's Joy-Song to all. Closing my eyes, taking in a deep breath,
I allow that shift in attention onto the Universal Within. Home again,
I feel my heart sing. I am deeply grateful. And so it is.

Power

How can Infinite Power also be Benign? Simple!
Power is Love! And Intelligence. And Truth. And Perfection.
This is the Power that can never harm. This is the Power
that only heals, creates, blesses. This Power is flowing through
every atom of my body and every nuance of my being now.
I am wholly a blessing to my world and to myself.
I am grateful for the power to heal, to succeed, to live.
And so it is.

I am transparent to the Mind of God. For this Great Light
cannot be obstructed. At most I can only place my attention
on Light's denial. This darkens my vision but never my being.
As Light, God sees only Light and cannot see myself as I have.
Knowing only Truth, Divine Mind cannot be fooled by
my prevarications. I let my thought clear now. I let the Light be.
Gratefully, I now see. And so it is.

I am the expression of the Infinite Livingness. Therefore, like my
Source, I am also deeper than any ocean, more full than any
shoreless sea. My aliveness is unquenchable, inexhaustible.
My love is all-encompassing. There is far more to me than I
have yet imagined. Knowing my Self I know my Infinite
Source, for Source and Self are still one. Knowing the Truth
of what I am, I feel so grateful. And so it is.

The nugget and essence of what I am is not within my body.
"Going within" means into my mind. I am present as my mind
yet too often buried under cultural proscriptions, tribal rules,
conditioned opinions. These thought-wrappings I must burrow
beneath to locate my reality. Thankfully a guiding Voice for
this Truth leads me as I am willing. Today I choose willingness
to know. I am gratefully guided within. And so it is.
