The Energy of Life is my energy. The Truth of Life is my truth. These
are Mind Qualities and as mind, they are my attributes also. As Plato
observed: 'I am my mind; to take care of myself is to take care of my
mind.' I take care of my mind by feeding it Truth, by remembering
my real Identity. Lying to my mind about what it is feeds it poison.
The discordant feelings that result dissipate my natural energy.
Truth frees me from this needless state. I am grateful for the
energy, intelligence and love to stay with the truth. And so it is.
