Peace is an eternal quality of my being. This peace is never farther
than my willingness to welcome it into my awareness. Therefore,
anxiety is forever unnecessary. I could have peace instead. This peace
I did not make but It created me and gave all of Itself to me. I breathe
in this Peace now. I breathe out anxiety now. All is well.
