Seattle Conservatory

Beauty is a thing of the present moment. I open my mind
to witness the beauty that I am and so see the Beauty in
which I am immersed. Seeing Beauty I see from Truth.
Seeing Truth I am freed to know, again, all I am, all my Source is.
I love this Benevolence, guiding me into Its Heart, the Heart I never left.
I am so grateful. And so it is.

Subtle Exuberance

I release mental obstructions now. I let go of decisions
that hamper my success. I reassess painful thinking.
If it hurts, it is not love. If it isn't happiness or does not
lead to happiness, it is not true. My acceptance of Truth
frees me. I recognize the goodness that I am. I accept
my rightful and real Innocence and Wonder. Everything
within accepts this word. All is well. I am so grateful.
And so it is.

Spinning Quietly into Here

Portland International Rose Garden

Wherever I go, that place is always "here."
When I am "here" is always the "now."
I dwell in the here and now always - and nowhere else.
I let go of all other places and all other times.
I return my mind to here and now, where I always am.
And where I am is where Love is, and Peace, and Power, and Wisdom.
I return to my Self and to my Source, and all is well.
I am so grateful. And so it is.

Miracle of Life

How miraculous is life, really? Physical manifestations of life are
amazing machines comprised of nano-parts functioning and
harmonizing for taken-for-granted activites. How much more
amazing the Mind that is the Source of Aliveness! Life is a function
of Mind, as is Awareness, Thinking and Feeling. Certainly only that
Which is alive thinks, feels and is aware? I am firstly an expression of
Universal Mind, so my livingness is eternal and continuous. I am grateful
for livingness independent of the physical. And so it is.

I live! My life is so good! I love my life!
Wonder infuses my deepest heart-mind.
I walk a world of beauty and joy. I see only the good.
All belief in good's denial is dissolved now. Humbly
I bless the Power that created me, that lives as me.
How truly glorious is my life.
And so it is.

I dwell in a Universe of fullness. No lack or want is possible.
My understanding this tunes me in to this ever present Reality.
Knowing my Self I know my fullness and give freely from self-fullness.
I can never deplete this Truth of what I am. My giving becomes
automatic as I radiate the Love and Joy inherent within me.
I am so grateful for eternal Supply trusted in completely.
And so it is.

Frank and Sweet

My open heart welcomes abundance now. I feel the Love that is loving
me in every experience. I feel so full with this love, health, balance, plenty.
The promised abundant life is mine now. Gladly I release self-imposed
limitation. Gratefully I understand the Open Source of my abundant
livingness now. From this fullness I shine forth all the goodness I am.
I know I but display my Source. For this I am so grateful.
And so it is.
